William “Billy” Vale, Steven Foster, and Eli Zakharia were re-elected to the Board of the Boca Del Mar Improvement Association (BDMIA), along with first-time board member Jonathan Palmer, at the Association’s annual meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 13.

Thomas “Dale” Haley placed fifth and Terrence “Terry” Kollman placed last.  Kollman did not attend the annual membership meeting. Kollman was the only candidate who had openly supported development on Mizner Trail and had sided with the developer at county commission meetings; however, he had not included his views in his candidate bio.

After the annual meeting adjourned, the new board met to elect 2015 officers. The board also appointed Thomas (Dale) Haley, an immediate past board member,  to replace Anne Nebenzahl, who had recently resigned from the Board.
