Citizens seek redress in court to protect property and quality of lifeWhat are the legal options for those fighting to protect Boca Del Mar’s Master Plan and its former south golf course, Mizner Trail, now that a court has upheld the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) vote to re-zone so a developer can build housing units on the land instead?

It would go on the roughly 130 acres that until 2005 was Boca Del Mar’s south golf course.” Read more about Mizner Trail post-appeal options at BocaMag.com
