PulteGroup has terminated its contract to purchase the former Mizner Trail golf course.
Responding to emails and questions from Boca Del Mar residents, the president of PulteGroup’s Southeast Florida Division confirmed the company “is not moving forward with this possible acquisition.”
A closing had been scheduled for this coming Friday, April 15. It is not yet known here what factors went into PulteGroup’s decision nor when the decision was made.
