The Greater Boca Raton Beach and Park District supports public uses for the city’s Ocean Breeze Golf Club and the former Wildflower property on the Intracoastal Waterway, according to a Sun-Sentinel report today by Emily Miller.
Robert Rollins, chairman of the district’s board of commissioners, is quoted, “We don’t want to be overbuilt, and we’re rapidly approaching that point. . . If we keep building, we’ll run out of green space.”
