A united-pbc post   We recommend a resounding NO to ‘Solar’ Amendment 1. The feel-good name is deceptive and does not have Florida consumers’ best interests at heart. Read the Palm Beach Post editorial on its fraudulent aspects. Honorable leaders like Alex Sink say:  “The language is deceptive and does not tell the real story. Judge Gerber was serving on the 15th Judicial Circuit Court when he concluded that the former Mizner Trail golf course land was to be used for no other purpose than a golf course. The 2008 decision favored Palm Beach County at the time. The county had been sued by developers who wanted to build over the course. The County Commission was defending its decision to protect the course built into Boca Del Mar’s Master Plan.
