A trial date has been set for January, 2015, for a legal challenge by Citizens for Thoughtful Growth to the city of West Palm Beach for approving a condominium on the “Chapel by the Lake” waterfront site.
County Circuit Court Judge Catherine M. Brunson has ordered mediation. The citizens’ group charges that West Palm Beach broke its rules back in January, 2014, when it approved the proposal for a condominium submitted by Developer G.A.K. Partners.
