“Yes to Responsible Growth” is another citizen group that is pushing back in the face of looming mega developments in their community. The group formed last year in response to a near doubling of density in units per acre approved by the commission to enable massive village planned for Rybovich yacht development. The commission justified its waiver because they said it would “transform the Broadway corridor” and shortly after the commission’s vote, Northwood resident Lee Skinner sued, saying commissioners broke their own rules, reported the Palm Beach Post.
Today the Post reported that the group is reaching out to let more people know about the lawsuit and why they filed it.
