More news coverage has appeared on a developer’s efforts to deter the Boca Del Mar Improvement Association (BDMIA) from its pending legal appeal against the Palm Beach County commission. The BDMIA is challenging the county’s decision to allow the developer to put a housing development on the former Mizner Trail golf course fairways that wind through neighborhoods. The Palm Beach Post reported the developer’s claims against the association. A Boca Del Mar attorney Robert Rivas disputed the claims, quoted as saying that the developer is “attempting to intimidate the local homeowners with hysterical propaganda.”
